Salary: 35.91-44.23 USD Facility: Mount St. Mary's Hospital Shift: Shift 1 Status: Part Time Temporary FTE: 0.666667 Bargaining Unit: SEIU Local 1199 Exempt from Overtime: Exempt: No Work Schedule: Days with Call Weekend and Holiday Rotation Hours: 6am-7pm or 8am-9pm. Rotating weekends and holidays Summary: Provides cardiopulmonary respiratory therapy to the inpatient and outpatient populations as ordered by a physician, according to established standards and practices. Mount St. Mary's Hospital consists of multiple locations and associate may be assigned as needed Responsibilities: EDUCATION Either: (1) Associates Degree with Certification in Respiratory Therapy or (2) Graduated from High School or equivalent, and has completed an approved one (1) year certificate program in Respiratory Therapy Technology or a Respiratory program determined by the Department to be equivalent and at least five (5) years of experience required Licensed New York State Respiratory Therapy Technician require, New York State Respiratory Therapist license preferred BLS within (2) two months of employment EXPERIENCE Three (3) months of experience as a license eligible Respiratory Therapy Technician preferred Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
