We do not guarantee ratios. Equipment: EMR: EPIC Additional Details Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Demonstrated skill in human relations and communications is required. Must have demonstrated clinical expertise in their area of responsibility. Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: Stand and walk most of the time on duty. Lift and push patients on stretchers and in wheelchairs. Usually work in a clean, air-conditioned area. Physical demands are attached plus push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs., pinch up to 15 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally.
