Senior Director, Health Plan Implementation
The Senior Director of Health Plan Implementation at
EDH is a pivotal role responsible for
defining EDH’s go-forward health plan implementation process
and managing the successful and seamless implementation
of new
health plan
clients into our product ecosystem. This position involves strategic planning, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring a smooth transition for clients from
initial
contact through full implementation of our services.
Location : Remote | USA | Travel Required
Responsibilities :
Health Plan Implementation Process Development:
as EDH
changes the way that we work with health plans there is a need to evolve and update the way we implement them.
This person will quickly work to understand our existing processes and
will work with the
health plan and channel leadership to define how we will do so moving forward to support our next wave of growth.
Health Plan Implementation and Project Management
:
This person will
lead the implementation process for new
health plan
clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition
and activation
. Collaborate with the sales team, client success, legal, IT, member services, and all other applicable business units to gather client requirements and ensure a seamless onboarding process for internal and external stakeholders. Advocate for organizational best practices and minimize burdensome customizations/exceptions where possible.
Upsells and Cross-Sells
: Team will lead the implementation process of upsells, cross-sells, and strategic partnerships for existing
health plan
clients (in collaboration with Partnership Implementation). Work collaboratively with client success and other internal business units to ensure flawless execution for clients, advocating for the organization's best practices.
Existing Client Changes
: Manage the process of transitioning clients to new eligibility vendors or making changes to existing vendor relationships. Ensure minimal disruption to client operations during these transitions.
Team
will serve as the internal operational point-of-contact for TPAs and clients' vendors.
Client Relationship Management
: Build and
maintain
strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for operational and strategic discussions during onboarding to the company, new products, changes in products, and vendors.
Performance Metrics
:
Establish
and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client operations, regularly reporting on progress, and making data-driven improvements.
Requirements :
Minimum of 10 years of experience in client operations or a related role
(ideally working with health plans)
, with a proven
track record
of successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth within the healthcare and/or benefits space
Prior experience managing teams,
demonstrating
strong leadership and team-building skills.
Strong understanding of the
health plan,
third party administrators and employer
benefit landscape.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
Experience with client relationship management software and tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
