Forklift Driver - Experience Required - 2nd Shift

*Must have reach, loader, or cherry pick experience*

Gojob is hiring⠀Forklift Drivers/Material Handlers⠀for a global logistics company in⠀Louisville, KY.⠀You will be responsible for driving industrial trucks including forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, and electric pallet jack to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials. 6 months experience required.

Shifts & Pay:

2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 11pm - $19/hr

What You'll Be Doing:⠀

Maintain and operate a forklift in a safe manner
Placing items from the floor to the shelves/bringing down items from shelves onto the floor in the warehouse
Moderate physical exertion caused by repetitive handling of parts and containers standing, stooping, bending, reaching.
Perform manufacturing and distribution tasks as an entry level and newly trained employee.
Understand, follow, and apply operational and technical instruction, written and verbal.
Quickly learn new production/distribution techniques and equipment, and adapt new applications to the work environment.

Qualifications:⠀

High school diploma or GED
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
Must be dependable, punctual, flexible and cooperative.
Ability to add, subtract, count parts and match numbers to inventory records
Must be proficient and knowledgeable on sit down/stand up forklift, Reach truck, Cherry picker, electric pallet jack.
Must be knowledgeable and proficient with safe forklift operating procedures as prescribed in OSHA
Work history and at least 1 year of experience on required equipment.
Capable of exercising good judgment and sound decision-making in performing responsibilities.
