Entry Level Sales Representative

Haven Charity Solutions is looking for an Entry Level Sales Representative with ambition and a desire to grow their professional careers. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide caliber client service and team-building initiatives. The Entry Level Sales Representative anticipates how decisions are made, understand the details of individual campaigns and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of key clients and the Haven Charity Solutions team. Working with them, the Entry Level Sales Representative sets the vision of the business development strategy.

Core Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Representative:

• Customer outreach and sales presentations 
•  Assist customers through the entire enrollment and installation process 
• Answer customer inquiries to find the best fit for their needs 
• Track and record daily activity, including customer interactions and sales 
• Brand representation on behalf of our clients through the community

• You can simplify the complex (our clients are inherently non-technical by nature so you must be able to work with them.)
• You are a self-starter.
• You are service-minded and team-oriented. (you’ll be working with multiple teams on a regular basis).

Qualifications for the Entry Level Sales Representative R ole:

• Some experience in sales is preferred, but not required.
• Willing to understand the sales process and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and clients.
