As a Veterans Audiologist, you will travel to conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations, including Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs), to support veterans applying for service-connected health issues with the VA. This opportunity offers a unique blend of travel, service, and a flexible schedule.
What You'll Do:
  • Help veterans regain their hearing and improve their quality of life, making a real difference in their well-being.
  • Travel & Explore with a Flexible Schedule: Discover new places while making a real impact on Veterans' lives. Choose the trips that work for you, with each assignment reviewed and accepted in advance (typically 14-21 days notice, with options for shorter notice if you're available)
  • Earn Top Pay: Receive competitive compensation with high daily rates.
  • Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations using advanced testing methods (air/bone conduction, speech reception) to assess hearing impairment severity.
  • Analyze results and medical history to determine hearing loss cause, impact, and recommend management plans (including tinnitus), formulating expert opinions on severity, diagnosis, and potential service connection.
Who We're Looking for:
  • Previous experience as an Audiologist is preferred, but new grads are welcome.
  • Audiology State Licensure
  • Masters or Doctorate of Audiology from an accredited university
