5S Medical Surgical/Oncology RN
3x12 or 4x12 Nights 7p-7a, weekdays, every other weekend, float

29 Bed Unit. Adult Population- Medical and surgical patients battling cancer, palliative care and family education of the oncological processes. Urology and Telemetry patients included.
Experience Required: 2 Years
Ratios: 4-5:1 Patient Ratio (Days); 5-6:1 Patient Ratio (Nights)
Shift Info: 36 or 48hr contract options; Every other weekend required
Certs Required: BLS, ACLS required (ONC Preferred)
Skill Requirements: Telemetry; Central Line Draws, Ports, Blood Administration, PCA Pumps, Bone Marrow Aspiration Assist, Pleurx Chest Tubes. Chemotherapy Administration (preferred)
Clinician can be floated within scope to meet facilities needs
Open to accommodating blocked schedule requests
100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval)
WV/Compact RN License required - can submit with pending RN license
36hrs guaranteed

Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm
Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record. CAMC FLU SEASON IS OCTOBER 1st - MARCH 31st. NOT REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THAT WINDOW.
Covid Vaccine NOT required
