Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,122 per week

Certification Details Certs: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate PREFERRED: Certs: AWHONN Advanced Job Details Needing RNs for OB unit 2-yrs experience required. Job Requirements Certs: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate Skills: FHM, Triage. Procedures associated with obstetrics such as versions, IOL, cervical ripening, IUFD care and bereavement. OR Cesaran Sections Years of experience: 2 Schedule Information Hours: 3x12s, Nights Weekends: Every other Call: depending on shifts uncovered for core staffing. Varies in a 6-week schedule. Floating: This is a combined unit that services: L&D (Vaginal & Cesarean), post-partum, antepartum, & Level II nursery. If floated outside of specialty, will be utilized as helping hands using general nursing skills to assist nurses with assigned patients. Unit Specific Information Procedures associated with obstetrics such as versions, IOL, cervical ripening, IUFD care and bereavement. OR Cesaran Sections Rooms/beds: 18 Deliveries: 160-170 per month Manager will consider first time travelers EMR: Meditech, GE Perinatal Centricity Medication system: Omnicell Communication: SBAR; bedside report Ratios: per AWHONN standards 1:1 complication or active labor 1:3 antepartum stable 1:1-2 unstable, ill antepartum 1:3/4 couplet care 2:1 delivery (1 NRP for baby, 1 for mother) 1:2-3 NICU level 2 depending on condition. Additional Details 50-mile radius required NO local travelers Scrubs will be provided (navy)
