Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the senior living community Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance resident satisfaction and community growth Manage budgets and financial plans to achieve operational goals Lead and mentor staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure residents receive high-quality care Handle resident and family inquiries, concerns, and feedback Plan and execute community events and activities to enrich resident experiences Requirements: Previous experience in a senior living or healthcare management role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage budgets and financial plans effectively Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to senior living facilities Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Compassionate and empathetic with a commitment to resident care Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
