Travel Nurse RN - Orthopedics - $1,764 per week

Certification Details Traveler must have BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications Job Details Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, weekends and holidays as needed No blocked scheduling RN Days ratio is 5-6 patients per nurse Traveler must have experience with ratios at least 5-6 patients per nurse This is a Med/Surg Neuro- Ortho - Trauma Unit The Medical-Surgical nurse is responsible for managing the care of the adult or geriatric patient experiencing general medical conditions or general surgical procedures The nurse must be able to assess patient condition, administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, keep records and provide patients and families with support and education The Medical-Surgical nurse maintains a wide array of medical care knowledge in order to care for a diverse group of patients Job Requirements BLS ACLS NIHSS A strong neuro background is required, experience with tele is also preferred 2 years exp in specialty Previous travel exp preferred Schedule Information 11/11 START Nights, 7p-7a weekends and holidays as needed No blocked scheduling Unit Specific Information This is a Med/Surg Neuro- Ortho - Trauma Unit Traveler must have experience with ratios at least 5-6 patients per nurse A strong neuro background is required, experience with tele is also preferred Additional Details MUST live at least 100 miles away from the facility to which they are applying If previously employed by CoxHealth, must have been gone for at least 2 years
