We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Assistant Project Manager with a specialization in Commercial-Industrial Federal Construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial construction and federal construction, with at least 3 years of experience in the field. This role will require you to be a part of a team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects, ranging from commercial buildings to industrial facilities. Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Project Manager, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

1. Assisting the Project Manager in planning, managing, and executing commercial and industrial construction projects.
2. Coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.
3. Reviewing and analyzing project specifications and blueprints to determine the scope of work and required resources.
4. Preparing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and other necessary documentation.
5. Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
6. Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
7. Conducting regular site inspections to ensure that work is being performed in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
8. Assisting in the resolution of any issues or disputes that may arise during the course of the project.
9. Providing regular updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders on the status of the project.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial construction and federal construction.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
4. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
6. Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant computer applications.
7. A proven track record of successfully completing commercial and industrial construction projects.
8. A strong commitment to safety and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
9. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
10. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
