LABA requiredJob Description:Willingness to use creative, interdisciplinary approaches to support clients and familiesCreate and implement treatment plans through the use of our electronic software CentralReach.Excellent knowledge of ethics, standards, best practices, and regulations for the ABA clinical field.Excellent communication and people skills/ aptitude in resolving issues and conflictsPrior experience overseeing insurance funded services, preferredBCBA Essential Responsibilities:Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, progress notes and session notesCoordinate, train, and supervise BTs/ RBT's and parents; providing mentoring, support, and constructive feedbackConduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reportsDevelop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plansDevelop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for childrenProvide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABAConduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted.Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection and graph/monitor progress through visual analysis.Must be eligible to work in the US no sponsorships.No relocation offered.Compensation:Hourly rate: up to $75.00/hourPhysical Requirements:Sitting, lifting up to 50#, kneeling, stretching, standing and computer work
