We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Contract Recruitment to join our team and drive our contract recruitment division to new heights.

As the Vice President of Contract Recruitment , you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our company's contract recruitment operations. You will lead a team of dedicated recruiters, set strategic direction, and foster relationships with clients, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality contract staffing solutions.

Your expertise in recruitment, leadership, and client engagement will be instrumental in achieving our objectives.

Location: Miami, also open to New York

Salary: $120/130k plus team and personal commission & bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the contract recruitment division, in alignment with the company's overall goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of contract recruiters to ensure they consistently meet and exceed their targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement best practices in recruitment and client engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to remain competitive.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and division success.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of contract recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve and surpass goals.
  • A track record of successfully building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment and CRM software- ideally Bullhorn
