What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborate on the design and development of civil engineering projects, including site layouts, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.
• Work closely with engineers to prepare detailed plans and drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design software.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and ensure designs meet local, state, and federal regulations.
• Contribute to a variety of projects across residential, commercial, industrial , and municipal sectors.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and work with a talented team to deliver quality design solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in civil design, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D .
• Experience with site design, grading, stormwater management, and utilities.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects .
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to quality and innovation .
