Journeyman Human Resources Specialist (SSC / S1L)

Overview: Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist supporting the Acquisition Hub Directorate of the United States Space Force (USSF), Space Systems Command (SSC) Command Staff Support contract.

Salary Range: Full salary range for this position is $137,000 to $148,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below: The contractor shall plan, assist, support, execute, all activities related to personnel management and human resource functions, to include but not limited to hiring process, on-boarding, immersions, recognition programs, performance management programs, and other administrative actions.

The contractor shall assist the Government with all personnel management activities; provide guidance and recommendations on completing manpower and personnel documentation; and maintain the unit personnel management roster, organizational charts, unit manning document, and related organizational rosters.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications: US citizen with an active secret security clearance is required.

Three to ten (3-10) years of experience is required.

BA/BS or MA/MS degree is required.

Six (6) years' work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree;

Associate's degree plus four (4) years' work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree

Twelve (12) years' work experience may be subsituted for master's degree

Bachelor's degree plus eight (8) years work experience may be substituted for a master's degree.
