Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic tests and evaluations on patients as prescribed by the physician
- Provide instruction on the use of assistive devices and home exercise programs to patients and their families
- Assist in developing and revising the physician's plan of care
- Complete necessary clinical and progress notes in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in a hospital or skilled nursing facility
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Active Registered Physical Therapist License and State Driver's License
- Auto Liability Insurance as per company policy
