Chapman Automotive Group-Tucson is looking for an experience per-owned Sales Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will inspire, challenge and motivate our sales team, help them grow their book of business, and coach them on innovative sales strategies. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the automotive industry, a progressive mindset, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Core Responsibilities:

Actively pursue available markets for inventory purchase options.

Acquire,  supervise reconditioning and marketing of  inventory. 

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their potential.

Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure the team's success.

Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Skilled history of pre-owned vehicle acquisitions and inventory turn successes.

Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret sales data to make informed business decisions.

Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
