BLS - Basic Life Support
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
NIH Stroke Certification
State License 1 Verification

4/10 hour days; 1 week of 5/8 hour days every 11 weeks.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Unit will accept 1 Year, First Time Travelers
PREFERRED: Scrub, Circulate, obtain EKG skills required

REQUIRED CERTS/SKILLS: BLS ACLS Required, ARRT Preferred

CALL: 14-15 days per 6 week period
FLOATING: within skillset
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: RTO: MAX 7 days, blocked scheduling not guaranteed
WEEKENDS: as scheduled
HOLIDAYS: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.

FULL COMPLIANCE REQUIRED to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.
