We are currently seeking a Commissioning Engineer, reporting directly to Commissioning Manager to join our team based inEnsenada, Baja California, Mex. Implementing and executing the Precommissioning/Commissioning plan for the assigned tasks Participates in the timely and qualitative preparation of CSU Execution Plan at procedures in coordination with other disciplines. Reviews the documents of the Call For Bid packages relative to CSU, in particular the battery limits with Client. During the bidding phase, assists the Subcontracting Team to answer bidders' clarifications, to review the technical offers and to prepare the TBT. Participates to define the CSU sequence in coordination with Construction and Planning Teams. Participates to define the site manning chart, to estimate the needs in specialized subcontractors Executes the follow up of PC&C activities, on a defined area/unit/plant or group of systems. Performs the static and dynamic tests and generate the associated report sheets and ensures they are available for hand over teams. Ensures that all PC&C activities under his/her control are duly performed in accordance with the stated procedures, in conformity with the safety rules and as per the instructions of start-up Manager or Commissioning Operation Superintendent. Prepares and generates the pre commissioning procedures on site. Controls the construction subcontractor’s Pre-commissioning and Commissioning team dedicated to him/her. May lead the work of some Pre-commissioning and Commissioning operators and vendors during the commissioning task.
