My team and I are working with a company within the food service industry who is looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Texas and also in the SE part of the country. They are looking for candidates with specific experience in the K-12 food service sector!
The ideal candidate will live within range of a major airport for travel purposes
The company is actively growing and plans to add a few hundred jobs over the next 5 years
Salary Range: $100k-$120k + bonus incentives
Benefits: Health, Dental , Vision, PTO
Travel: 75%

Position Overview: The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth and managing operations within the assigned region. A key focus of this role is to strategically grow the company’s presence in the K-12 segment by introducing and expanding a new food product line. The successful candidate will have a background in broker management, distributor relationship development, and sales in the food industry with a strong understanding of the K-12 segment.
