âś´ Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
âś´ Provide direct, one-on-one therapy with children in their homes.
âś´ Collect and record data on the progress and abilities of the clients.
âś´ Assist in the analysis and adaptation of treatment plans to ensure they are as effective as possible.
âś´ Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.
🎓 Qualifications
• Current RBT certification.
• Minimum of 6 months of ABA experience preferred but not required.
• Passionate about helping individuals with autism and related disorders.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local area.
