**Job Description** Responsible for one-third of the company's flight attendant staff

Responsible for all operational and employee engagement metrics for the the whole group

Directly manage performance, development, and disciplinary issues for assigned Flight Attendants

Manage briefings, gate operations, and Crew Resource Office - to communicate company policies, procedures, operational philosophy, and goals

Observe and engage flight attendants onboard Interisland flights (weekly) and TransPac/Int'l flights (bi-weekly); communicate any issues as appropriate to Flight Attendent Managers

Respond to Consumer Affairs letters, investigate Flight Attendant delays, and follow up on Flight Attendant issues involving flight attendants in scope of responsibility

Track FA Sick Leave, FMLA, medical certificates, leave of absences, outside employment, and disciplinary actions.

Act as the Company Representative or Hearing Officer for disciplinary cases or grievances

**Minimum Requirements** :

Basic Requirements

5+ years supervisory or management experience

Demonstrated positive and supportive attitude toward the Company, the division and its goals

Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and have excellent oral and written communications skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience managing people in a positive and supportive way.

Must be an exceptional communicator (and listener), a problem solver and change manager.

Must be able to work under pressure of changing priorities and deadlines.

Must have current computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel or similar applications.

Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain strict confidentiality.

Must be able to interface with various levels of management, the FAA, and professional associates.
