As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.<p><b><b>Your Key Responsibilities</b></b><p><ul><li>Responsible for apprentices and guarantees adherence to vocational training program for assigned vocational education area and organizational area.</li><li>Design and improve education programs in own area of competence, and support the overall design of vocational training phase.</li><li>Deliver training curriculum in the form of classroom learning, exercise courses and practical work experiences.</li><li>Act as contact person for a group of assigned apprentices and continuously care for their learning progress.</li><li>Liaise with defined external education centers, and examination authorities (i.e. chamber of commerce).</li><li>Perform all administrative duties in the course of the vocational program.</li></ul><p><b><b>Your Qualifications</b></b><p><ul><li>Vocationally trained in Electrics, Electronics, Mechanics, or similar</li><li>5 to 10 years</li></ul><p>OR<p><ul><li>Associates degree in Electrics, Electronics, Mechanics, or similar</li><li>5 to 10 years</li></ul><p>As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
