We’ve got what you’re looking for. Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Engineer to join our Digital Engineering team! In this role you will work to ensure that the Digital Engineering Ecosystem (DEE) aligns with industry standards and best practices. This role is critical for developing tool-specific guidelines and stylesheets, which will standardize the use of DEE tools and enhance their effectiveness. This candidate will be a key contributor for ensuring that the DEE remains current with evolving industry standards, thereby supporting our client’s goal of integrating with other DEE environments and DoD labs. What You'll Be Doing: Participate in the design, development, and implementation of a Digital Engineering Ecosystem for a Federal Government Client Working in Dassault’s Cameo and Teamwork Cloud Environment to model and simulate tasks as needed by the client Working in an Agile Environment utilizing Program Increments Work with the Parsons Digital Engineering Team to ensure Parsons Digital Engineering Best Practices are being followed in the development of DEE and its models, all while providing the past performances for the body of knowledge Maintain and Continuously improve the MBSE Models within the Digital Engineering Environment What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering or related field 2+ years in combined work experience Experience working in an Agile Development Environment Experience working and maintaining a MBSE Models in a Digital Engineering Environment What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Masters degree in Systems Engineering, or related field Experience in any of the additional following tools: Syndeia, & Windchill Experience in developing wrappers to integrate various tools Experience performing code reviews Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
