As a Medical Assistant, you will work closely with patients throughout their treatment, assisting with procedures, providing education, and supporting the multidisciplinary team to ensure each patient receives the highest level of care and attention on their path to becoming parents.We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team at Seattle Reproductive Medicine, located in Spokane, WA. This is a full-time position, workingMonday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm schedule, with required rotating weekends, approximately, one weekend every 1-2 months.RESPONSIBILITIESGreet and check-in patients, obtain medical history, and verify patient healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and basic diagnostic procedures such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections.Prepare examination rooms and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available.Manage electronic medical records (EMR) and document patient information patient scheduling, including follow-up appointments and referrals.Educate patients on treatment plans, medication usage, and preventive care.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by following infection control procedures.Assist in inventory management and ordering of clinical supplies.Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.Other duties and project as assignedPOSITION REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or equivalent.Completion of Medical Assistant Program with active WA state license.Maintain updated BLS/CPR phlebotomy skills preferred.Willingness to cover weekends, holidays, and work in various locations as neededCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS $21.00-$32.00 per hourThe compensation range for this position is between $21.00 and $32.00 per hour. Final compensation offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications.
