We are looking for Technical Support Service Representative to join our team supporting the operation of drive thru windows and air curtains supplied to the largest restaurant chains in the country Temp to hire. Also, with some of the following experience.
- Must have circuit breaker assembly experience or,
- Must have worked with refrigeration/appliance repair/service or
- Must have experience in automatic door installation/repair /service or
- Must have worked with foodservice equipment install/repair/service.
- Customer Calls : Interacting with customers via phone or video is a crucial part of the job. Use customer calls to respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions via phone and email.
- Document relevant information . For follow up inquiries from corporate / restaurant owners, and also so Operations Team can track and learn from recurrent issues.
Other Skills :
- Must have construction and electrical knowledge
- Professional written Outlook email communication (friendly, concise with correct spelling and grammar)
- Timely reply to all inquiries by phone or email
- Enter parts orders into the company operating system
- Phone skills (friendly, concise, calm)
