We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director (MD) in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

Efficiently managing the MD's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, and proactively resolving any conflicts or issues. Travel arrangements: Coordinating all travel arrangements for the MD, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries. Screening phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, and providing timely and accurate responses or forwarding them to the appropriate person. Drafting, proofreading, and formatting documents such as reports, presentations, and memos. Maintaining organized electronic and physical filing systems. Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers. Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Assisting with project management activities, including research, data analysis, and coordination of project timelines. Monitoring progress and ensuring deadlines are met. Miscellaneous administrative tasks: Handling expense reports, processing invoices, ordering office supplies, and performing other general administrative duties as required.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
