Job Description:
We are seeking a General Manager with an owner-operator mentality to oversee the operations of a Jimmy John's restaurant. The ideal candidate will be capable of running the store with minimal support, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage all functions of the restaurant to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
Supervise and train a team of 3 to 20 employees
Handle hiring, training, and performance evaluation of employees
Ensure efficient operations to meet budget expectations
Identify cost-saving opportunities and discuss with Area Manager
Maintain accountability for all aspects of the restaurant
Manage inventory and ordering process
Supervise food preparation and service operations
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
Implement new ideas to increase sales
Conduct weekly manager's meetings
Complete required paperwork and audits
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
Other related duties as required

Special Requirements:

Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record
Stamina to work a minimum of 50-60 hours per week
