Seeking experienced seasonal (full and part-time) Tax Professionals to join our team of professionals serving clients with diverse tax needs for the upcoming tax season.<p>If you have prior individual tax preparation experience and are customer-focused, with the ability to inspire the confidence of our clients, then consider joining us for the upcoming tax season.<p>We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules to work around your busy life, and employee recognition programs.<p>You'll have the support of a collaborative team dedicated to providing you with advanced tax training and certification, along with access to year-round continuing education.<p>Tax Professional responsibilities include:<br /><ul><li> Providing tax preparation during real-time, face-to face interviews, tax audit support and tax planning.</li> <li> Building year round client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and anticipating customer needs.</li> <li>Researching tax related questions and issues, and responding to clients appropriately in a timely manner.</li> <li> Presenting the Company's value proposition to clients concerning various company products and services.</li> <li>Handling customer questions, complaints, and product and service inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.</li> <li>Considering the impact of all decisions/actions on the customer.</li> </ul><br />Required Skills &amp; Experience:<br /><ul><li>Experience completing individual tax returns</li> <li>Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in Active Listening and Critical Thinking</li> <li>Experience in providing exceptional customer service</li> <li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Successful completion of the Jackson Hewitt Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent.</li> <li>Must complete 18-hour continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements.</li> </ul><br />Preferred Education &amp; Experience:<br /><ul><li> Bachelor's degree in a related field</li> <li> Experience completing complex individual tax returns</li> <li>Enrolled Agent certification (Circular 230 designation) is a plus</li> </ul><br />_Jackson Hewitt Tax Service is an equal opportunity employer._ <img src="https://ars2.equest.com/? response_id=05e8a384203b205398eb87d034734633&view" alt=" " width="1" height="1"/>
