Zennify is looking for a qualified candidate to join their team as a Solution Architect! This individual will play an integral role in the high satisfaction of Zennify’s clients through the design and development of scalable, high-quality Salesforce services and solutions. The Solution architect is responsible for owning the overall design of the technical application as well as recommending best practice solutions based on client business needs. Our projects are with clients ranging from local, small and mid-sized companies to multi-national enterprise corporations, non-profit organizations and state and federal governments.

Primary Responsibilities

Participates in, and facilitates as needed, customer requirements and solution design workshops

Captures and maps business requirements to system/technical requirements and identifies gaps

Assess and make recommendations on processes, designs, operations, and testing

Understands the technical depth of the project and validates the correct resources for the project

Recommends alternate approaches, analyze impacts, and provide sizing estimates

Participates in design and code reviews

Analyzes and mitigates bugs and issues

Provides release planning and deployment

Designs, develops, tests and documents scalable, high-quality business solutions to be built on the Salesforce platform

Conducts unit, integration, and performance testing and work closely with users for user acceptance testing

Supports pre-sales engagements, estimates, solution design and can articulate what requirements have change pre and post BPR

Writes technical specifications (for custom development, system integration, etc.) jointly with the developer team

Documents build plans and delegates work to developers and system administrators

Works closely with our clients to assess their current architecture and architect solutions that meet their current needs

Articulates the value of recommended solutions and approach to customer

Required Qualifications

3+ years Salesforce Consultant experience leading external, client-facing technical consulting services

3+ years developing custom Salesforce applications

3+ years of Salesforce experience in CRM system integration environments with large, complex third-party solutions (1+ years nCino experience in a client facing role -preferred)

Experience managing project team relevant to the delivery of the technical solution

Experience in enterprise-level projects using Agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle

Has familiarity and first-hand experience with third party solutions that support vertical objectives

Ability to lead technical requirements gathering & solution design sessions with clients

Superior Salesforce development and design skills including: Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Process Builder and other standard and advanced Salesforce automation tools

Understands of all aspects of Salesforce current and future release functionality including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Communities

Experience deploying web-based and enterprise systems using industry standard environments including REST, APIs, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML

Understands testing and release processes
