About the Role:

Our client, a leader in the injection mold tooling industry, is seeking a skilled Project Manager. This role involves overseeing complex injection mold tooling projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead injection mold tooling projects from proposal to completion including acting as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and senior management. Develop injection mold tooling project proposals and provide accurate quotations based on customer injection mold tooling needs. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide timely updates to internal teams. Ensure smooth project transitions from quotation through R&D to completion. Collaborate with various departments to coordinate schedules and ensure timely delivery of injection mold tooling which meets client requirement. Ensure all mold tooling project deliverables remain within the quoted scope and budget. Qualifications:

Ideally 10 or more years experience in injection mold design or mold making. Proficiency with CAD and CAM software as well as with MS Excel and Office. Knowledge of injection mold tooling standards and practices. Engineering and project management experience within an injection molding or mold making setting. Strong customer relationship management and contract negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple complex technical projects.
