Your expertise will be crucial in implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) using SailPoint, enhancing security, and streamlining access management across our organization.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong><br><ul><li>Collaborate with the internal IAM team for knowledge transfer</li><li>Assess the impact of RBAC implementation on existing entitlements</li><li>Identify and document roadblocks in transitioning entitlements to roles</li><li>Estimate personnel hours for implementation and transition</li><li>Address prerequisites for role implementation</li><li>Provide weekly progress updates to internal teams</li><li>Analyze, install, modify, and support operating systems and core services</li><li>Conduct systems programming and RBAC support activities</li><li>Develop systems software tools and automated solutions</li><li>Evaluate hardware compatibility and influence design decisions</li></ul><br><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field</li><li>Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and SailPoint</li><li>Proficiency in workflow analysis</li><li>Familiarity with SailPoint connectivity to Active Directory and Azure AD</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and documentation abilities</li></ul><br><strong>Desired Skills:</strong><br><ul><li>SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer certification</li><li>Experience with IAM strategy and implementation</li><li>Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and Teams</li></ul><br><strong>Education and Experience Required:</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree (required)</li><li>3+ years of experience in IAM and RBAC implementation (preferred)</li><li>SailPoint certification (highly desired)</li></ul><br><strong>Additional Information:</strong><br><ul><li>Number of positions: 1</li><li>Assignment duration: 1 year with possibility of extension/conversion</li><li>Organization: ISD-NS</li><li>Work environment: Unclassified network, virtual/remote</li><li>Schedule: 5 days, 8 hours (preferred)</li><li>Full-time position starting ASAP</li><li>No travel or on-call requirements</li><li>Q clearance preferred, but not required to start</li><li>A-Level Access required</li></ul><br><strong> Why Work at COMPA Industries? </strong><br><br>We strive to provide careers, not just jobs, for our employees.
