Today this means committing to crafting jeans with a quality, wash, and feel that's right for you, made using the most innovative technologies and materials that are right for the planet.<br><br>Mavi is currently seeking a new team member to join their IT team based in New Jersey.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br><ul><li>Maintaining IT operations such as applications, email systems, hardware, software, and network security tools</li><li>Optimizing and maintaining network security protocols, such as secure socket layer (SSL), secure file transfer protocol (SFTP), and virtual private networks (VPNs), to ensure data is protected</li><li>AWS System monitoring</li><li>Spotting inefficiencies in an organization's computer network and making recommendations to address weaknesses</li><li>Performing routine network audits</li><li>Training staff in using software and hardware</li><li>Collaborating with network architects to build and maintain servers and optimize network performance</li><li>Participating in hardware and software purchasing decisions</li><li>Planning and executing hardware and software upgrades</li><li>Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable uptime of all computer pc's, Windows servers, and related technology needed to support our fulfillment operations</li><li>Install and maintain various network equipment including switches, routers, load balancers, LAN/WAN optimization and Wi-Fi connectivity</li><li>Configuration and support for all IT hardware required for fulfillment operations (i.e., RF guns, pack stations, printers, remote telemetry, on-prem servers)</li><li>Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues</li><li>Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure</li></ul><br>Required Qualifications and Skills:<br>&bull; University graduation from relevant departments,<br>&bull; At least 2 year experience in a relevant position,<br>&bull; End User Experience,<br>&bull; High level of communication skills.
