At Dollywood Parks & Resorts, we create memories worth repeating. We do this every day at Dollywood Resorts, which include over 600 rooms and 15 Food & Beverage outlets, all located in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. Our future plans include growing our resort footprint to over 1200 rooms across five resorts at Dollywood.Ask anyone who has visited Dollywood Parks & Resorts, and they will tell you this place is different. We are seeking an Esthetician for Dollywood Resorts who will embody the heart and soul of our mission of creating memories worth repeating while caring deeply about our brand.

We want to work alongside someone who acts as an extension of our mission, values, and culture. They also bring fun, authenticity, collaboration, creativity, and genuine hospitality to their life and work. We seek an individual who can bring the vision of the resorts to life. The right Esthetician checklist will include equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator.

Must hold current Esthetician License in the State of Tennessee, with knowledge in the field of skincare.Must have excellent customer service skills in person or with phone capabilities. Should have some computer skills for efficiency with POS system, should be able to work with team effectively.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.

Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Must be able to perform Esthetic/ skincare/ body treatment services following protocols guidelines
  • Have sufficient knowledge of services & product to promote sales of services and retail
  • Must be willing to train with Department Lead, training would consist of skincare protocols for all
  • facials, waxing, and body treatment services
  • Must have some knowledge of operating skincare machinery and devices, or willing to learn
  • Must complete product knowledge training for back bar usage, and promotion of retail sales
  • Must follow sanitation and safety protocols
  • Must perform daily sanitation and housekeeping duties of treatment rooms, including but not limited to laundry or floors, sanitation of all service bowls, brushes and implements used
Management reserves the right to change and/or add to these duties

Education and Experience Required
  • Required educational requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have current Esthetician License in the state of Tennessee
  • Must speak English language proficiently
  • Basic arithmetic skills, cash handling or credit card transaction skills with accuracy
  • Proficient computer skills are a must
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
