Job Summary: As a Lead Systems Engineer - Test, you will oversee a team responsible for managing various project lifecycles, from development to manufacturing acceptance. This role will involve leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing cost accounts, and ensuring alignment with program and business unit objectives.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and eight (8) years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and five (5) years of relevant experience
- Experience leading efforts as a program manager, IPTL, sub-IPTL, REA and/or project team lead.
- Experience with financial reporting activities, including CAM
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required
