Create a 5-star experience while leading each customer through the service journey, to inspire trust and loyalty. Maintain, at minimum, an 93% CSE score monthly. Take ownership and expedite the well-organized preparation of information and paperwork for all departments; at the same time, attentively communicating to the customer and coordinating vehicles through the shop, car wash, and loaner department. Assist the Service Manager with the tactful management of high-expectation customers.
