Position Summary

The Sales Operations Analyst will be a strategic leader responsible for supporting the growth and success of commercial departments by developing and implementing effective business strategies and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a combination of deep business acumen, operational expertise, and experience leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully driving business growth through strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and leading organizational change.

RESPONSIBILITES

Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and profitability Operations: Drive the overall operations of the department, including the development of operational plans and processes Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives Market Trends: Analyze market trends and data to inform strategy and decision-making Working Style: Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align operations with company vision and goals KPI Management: Identify and manage key performance indicators to measure the success of operations, strategies and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial team Processes: Drive the opportunity & pipeline management standards, processes and reporting for the company Reporting: Manage productivity, quality, and customer-service standards and KPIs for our commercial teams Project Management: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness Effectiveness: Ensure data hygiene and own quarterly account transfers

Qualifications

Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a strong attention to detail Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills. Must have executive presence. Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions Experience leading organizational change and managing through complex challenges Bachelor’s degree in business administration, strategy, or a related field 4+ years of experience in sales operations
