The Capital Group is integral to the success and growth of our organization by leveraging investor relationships and structuring finance to fund our consumer lending. The Client Relations Manager is a great opportunity to help grow the business and add a lot of value through client relationship building, optimization of our investor reporting suite, and developing efficient processes and controls as we scale our investor base. You are a great fit for this role if you have strong written and oral communication skills, are organized and detail oriented, have the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external parties, and are looking to develop your knowledge of capital markets, reporting, and client relations. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate, collaborate and problem solve to meet the needs of our investor base Provide Sales and Client Relations support including handling of inbound inquiries, investor research and outreach, and the creation of pitch decks and marketing materials. Gather technical and business requirements from investors and external vendors as part of the onboarding process and prioritize the implementation with Product teams and Technology. Manage the end-to-end investor reporting process including daily, monthly and ad-hoc reports. This includes issue identification, resolution, and communication to investors. Coordinate and prioritize new reporting and data requests from investors. Act as liaison between the Capital Group, Technology, Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit to identify and develop more efficient reporting processes. Represent Capital Markets in projects across the business by communicating our requirements and prioritization needs. Work closely with Legal to manage contracts and NDA documents for each investor and monitor for compliance regularly. Requirements

5+ years’ experience in a regulated financial services institution. Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Very organized and able to create and maintain processes in a time sensitive manner. Dependable and reliable to be on time for meetings, respond to requests quickly and maintain accuracy of communications to investors. Passionate about increasing efficiency and maintaining a high level of service to all clients. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, utilize digital tools to automate tasks. Intermediate + level skill in Microsoft Office Suite and Lucid Charts. Possess a can-do attitude, willing to take on additional tasks to support business & investor objectives. Strong ability to prioritize tasks, hold others accountable to timelines and operate cross-functionally. Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics highly desirable but not required. $70,000 - $90,000 a year
