A strong understanding of the technology landscape and industry acumen is necessary to effectively analyze business requirements, workflows, and best practices in collaboration with enterprise architects, application developers, consultants, and vendors. Must be able to develop comprehensive requirements documents, define scope in the form of project charters, create detailed project plans / schedules, identify, and mitigate risks / issues and lead a cross-functional team to deliver the project scope. The ability to professionally engage and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including C-level executives, is a fundamental requirement for this position. Own the project through its lifecycle from identification of business need through project closure. Lead project teams to deliver successful projects by effectively managing budget, scope, schedule, and stakeholder communications. Identify, manage, control, and communicate scope changes through established change management processes. Evaluate commercial products against business, technical and resource requirements; determine investment feasibility. Proactively detect, mitigate, and resolve issues and risks; escalate when necessary. Execute multiple projects simultaneously without compromise to standards and excellence. Communicate effectively in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment with technical and non-technical teams and executives to drive IT strategy and achieve organizational objectives. Validate deliverables meet organizational and customer scope and quality expectations. Identify opportunities for execution and process improvement, including policy, standard, and guideline recommendations. Create and maintain reporting information in graphical forms including using modeling languages, process flows, and topology diagrams, etc..

Minimum Qualifications

7 years of IT industry or equivalent technical experience (e.g., engineering, software development, networking, etc.). 7-9 years of project management experience, including a minimum of 5 years managing technology projects. Bachelor's degree preferred. Advanced understanding of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint; Waterfall, Agile, Project Success, etc.). Experienced with technology infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, Wi-Fi, telephony as well as end user computing technologies. Familiar with cloud platform services and their orchestration including, but not limited to, Alibaba, Amazon Web Services, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. Familiar with compliance and privacy regulations such as: PCI, MICS, SOX. Professional certification (e.g., PMP, ITIL) a plus. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues of diverse backgrounds and levels of experience. Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. At least 21 years of age. Authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

Lift or carry 20 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks, as assigned. Physically access all areas of the property and drive areas with or without a reasonable accommodation. Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts. Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with guests, management, other team members, and outside contacts. Ability for prolonged periods of time to walk, stand, stretch, bend and kneel. Work in a fast-paced and busy environment. Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, dust, and cigarette smoke.
