This is a role where training is provided to provide light technical troubleshooting support for government and federal agencies while receiving different levels of clearances, and the chance to grow into different departments.

What you need to know: Pay Rate:

$16/hour Hours: Monday Friday with some flexibility, 40-hour work weeks * Training hours: 9am 5:30 pm

Fully onsite role

What you need to apply: High School Diploma 1 or more years of experience in Customer Service work Folks will need to be qualified to the best of their knowledge to receive a clearance US Citizenship is required MUST live local to Columbus, OH A typical day as a Customer Service Helpdesk Representative may include:

Assisting with 10-20 calls be day. Using a Remedy Ticketing System. Executing "wipe commands as needed. Connecting with customers throughout the day and maintaining a professional demeanor.
