If so, then this IT Integration Specialist role focused on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) might be the perfect fit for you! We are looking for someone with experience working in an HOA setting and must be willing to travel in the Central Florida area.
In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of IT systems during M&A activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess existing IT infrastructure, develop integration plans, and execute the migration of systems and data. Your efforts will be instrumental in minimizing disruption and maximizing the value of the M&A transaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the M&A due diligence process to assess the target company's IT infrastructure and identify potential integration challenges.
  • Develop comprehensive IT integration plans, outlining the migration strategy for hardware, software, applications, and data.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business unit leaders, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure alignment and address concerns.
  • Configure, migrate, and test integrated IT systems to ensure functionality and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Document the entire integration process for future reference and knowledge transfer.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT integration issues that arise during the migration process.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users during the transition period.
Requirements
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT systems integration.
  • Proven experience in migrating data and applications to new environments.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, operating systems, and cloud computing (a plus).
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
