Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving business growth, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. This role is pivotal in identifying and engaging with top prospects across the nation to expand our market reach and contribute to the company's continued success.

Mission statement: Identify, engage, and convert healthcare organizations with multiple locations into clients by offering centralized compliance solutions that drive efficiency and cost savings.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify healthcare facilities, clinics, hospitals, and medical offices with multiple locations or branches across the nation. Prioritize chains or networks where centralized compliance solutions can offer significant efficiency and cost savings.
  • Leverage advanced prospecting tools and databases to gather information on potential clients, including contact details, organizational structures, and compliance requirements. Segment prospects based on industry, location, size, and compliance needs.
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies for each target segment, incorporating relevant messaging and value propositions. Utilize a combination of phone calls, emails, social media outreach, and direct mail to engage prospects and establish connections.
  • Attend relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and identify new business opportunities. Take advantage of speaking engagements or sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Implement a systematic follow-up process to maintain regular communication with prospects and nurture relationships over time. Provide valuable insights, resources, and educational content to demonstrate expertise and reinforce the benefits of our solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven track record of success in a high-volume outbound sales or business development role.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.
  • Competitive nature with a background in athletics or team sports (preferred).
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Familiarity with the medical waste and healthcare compliance industry is a plus.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in outbound sales, hunter role(s)
  • Knowledge of sales methodology, customer service, and salesforce processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn new products and services quickly
  • High degree of professionalism and ethical behavior
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Compensation & Benefits:
  • OTE $120-150K per year based on experience/performance; uncapped commissions
