Work Schedule:

• Clinic Hours: 8 am - 5 pm
• Call Coverage: 5 pm - 7 am (provider on call while working in the clinic)

Licensing and Credentialing:

• Only allow bids from providers with active licenses in MO: No

• Convenient Access: Clinic located inside the hospital for easy patient care coordination

Case Log Requirement:

• At least 80 deliveries (including at least 5 C-sections) in the past 12 months
• Performance of at least 40 gynecological surgical procedures in the past 12 months
