Job Description:
- Serve as an advocate for audience interests within an assigned domain, maintain customer communication, audience personas and solution validation with the stakeholder(s).
- Responsible for assessing project-based scope, project prioritization, defining solution structure, and ensuring team alignment to solution and validation.
- Guide and coach content design developers to follow the instructional design and topic-based learning principles and process when developing training assets.
- Consulting with stakeholders at all levels and across lines of business to identify training needs and develop strategic programs to best address requirements.
- Outline the course content, material flow, depth, pacing, and interactive experiences, ensuring all parties are in alignment prior to development.
- Ensured content meets industry design and development standards.
- Provide on-going consultation on training and development research, learning and motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques that ensure optimal level of training delivery initiatives.
- Gather and analyze student, instructor and stakeholder feedback, identifying training gaps and implementing design changes to improve learning effectiveness.
