Vice President of Technology Services

We are seeking to hire an Information Vice President to join our growing Technology team. This role will contribute to the development and implementation of helpdesk policies and procedures and interact with other departments and vendors to coordinate support efforts and ensure seamless IT operations across the organization. This role requires extensive knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications, allowing the individual to provide advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics. Work directly with employees to assist with technical issues and platform administration and serve as the primary point of contact for escalated support cases. Provide white glove technical service to employees understanding their needs and providing realistic expectations and project status updates. Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance. Track and document all incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions to maintain accurate records and improve future support. Monitor IT systems and networks for potential issues, proactively addressing problems before they impact users. Ideal Candidate Background: 5+ years of financial services technical support in an advanced desktop support role. Bachelor’s degree and a solid academic background required. A fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to changing technologies and priorities. Outstanding grasp of technology concepts and processes.
