Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for a Front Desk Receptionist in the Hartsville, SC area.

The candidate will serve as a Front Desk Receptionist, responsible for managing the front office area, greeting visitors, and handling administrative tasks using Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel. The working hours are specified as Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM.

Skill Requirements Must-Have:

  • Proficiency in MS Word

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • High School Diploma

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills

  • Strong Organizational Skills

  • Extremely detail oriented, precise, and able to work independently

  • Accounting experience is a must!

Preferred:

  • Experience with front desk operations

  • Good communication skills

  • Organizational abilities

Skill Education:

  • MS Word : Microsoft Word is a word processing software that allows users to create and edit text documents such as letters, reports, and flyers.

  • Excel : Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet program used for calculations, making graphs, and organizing data into tables.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
