The first ever by a St. Louis company!<br><br><strong>Candidates should have the following capabilities/ experience/ ambitions: </strong><br><ul><li>Review Scope of Work on all Acme contracts</li><li>Manage multiple projects to ensure adherence to contract requirements, agreed scope of work, schedule and budget.</li><li>Pre-plan projects, including, but not limited to: o Review design drawings and specifications;</li><li>Create sequence drawings.</li><li>Create safety hazard report.</li><li>Create "Request for Change Order" log.</li><li>Create Operating Data sheet; and</li><li>Create Schedule of Values.</li><li>Ensure change order requests are completed within project timeline.</li><li>Create tool list, site-specific safety/erection plans, and erection check-off list.</li><li>Develop and maintain project timelines.</li><li>Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors.</li><li>Approve Purchase Orders on all projects under supervision.</li><li>Create RFI as project requires and push/track through completion to ensure continued, uninterrupted field operations.</li><li>Communicate to Vice President of Operations the weekly project schedule, a weekly percent complete and a monthly cost variance from project estimate.</li><li>Work closely with Vice President of Operations and field personnel to find efficient methods of execution for the project scope.</li><li>Work with General Superintendent to forecast, pre-plan and work through any field concerns and issues.</li><li>When required, attend site meetings and customer meetings to discuss current/future projects.</li><li>Assist Vice President of Operations, as needed.</li></ul><br>Acme offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and education, along with a generous benefits package.
