- Deliver skilled nursing interventions for patient/client care and rehabilitation.
- Confer with the RN Supervisor and communicate patient care changes.
- Maintain contact with patients, physicians, and healthcare team regarding patient needs and status changes.
- Prepare and maintain required documentation as per company policies.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program or School of Vocational Nursing.
- Current nursing license in the practicing state.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Current CPR certification.
- Two years of LPN experience in a clinical setting.
