We're seeking a Staff Development Coordinator/Employee Health Nurse - RN - Registered Nurse or LPN.

Staff Development Coordinator/Employee Health Nurse - RN - Registered Nurse or LPN Job Summary:

Coordinate with Department Director and other department directors regarding educational needs for all residents and staff.
Assist Department Director in preparation and implementation of nursing and other lesson plans and associated trainings.
Assist in planning and scheduling a monthly in-service calendar for mandatory in-services.
Assist in training on safety programs including fire safety, natural disaster, potential dangers within the building.
Maintain records of all education conducted.

Staff Development Coordinator/Employee Health Nurse - RN - Registered Nurse or LPN Qualifications:

Current MA RN or LPN License.
Experience in Long-Term Care preferred.
One year of supervisory nursing experience required.
Proof of COVID19 Vaccination and Booster Required.
Effective time management skills.
Skill in supporting program development, human resources, budget, strategic planning, and training.
Effective group verbal communication and presentation skills.
