ROLE DESCRIPTION:
You will work as an office assistant and marketing specialist for Cambria Smith State Farm in Springville, UT. You will help around the office, find and participate in networking events, and manage our social media channels. Hours are flexible during office hours Monday-Friday 9-5pm. There is opportunity to move full time if that is something you want.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
  • Work with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office.
  • Other normal executive assistant responsibilities such as cleaning the office, helping manage reports, running errands, etc.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.

  • Full-time Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
